Dr. Halıcı has published his research in leading academic journals such as the Bulletin of Earthquake Engineering, Engineering Structures, and Polymers, and has undertaken peer review duties. He has worked as a scholar/researcher in a European Union funded project and a TÜBİTAK 1001 project. He has also been involved in various R&D and historical building restoration projects. | |
