Abstract: From the world's first completely flipped institution, the authors address the socio-economic and socio-technical nature of today's world and how this effects the education sector, outlining how and why they adopted Flipped Learning, and definitively describe the organizational design process needed to establish a Flipped institution.
Yeni kuşağın algısına en uygun olan ve ters yüz öğrenme yöntemi olarak da bilinen flipped learning’i dünyada ilk kez tüm programlarında uygulayarak yükseköğretimde bir ilki gerçekleştiren MEF Üniversitesi, flipped learning ile ilgili tüm bilgi birikim ve deneyimini bir kitapta toplayarak dünya yükseköğretiminin paylaşımına ve tartışmasına açtı. ‘‘The Flipped Approach to Higher Education: Designing Universities for Today’s Knowledge Economies and Societies’’ kitabı ile MEF Üniversitesi farklı disiplinlerdeki bu deneyimini, dünya yükseköğretimine örnek ve geleceğe referans kaynağı olması için topladı.
