A specialist librarian at MEF University Library participated in the International Librarians Networking Program to connect with international colleagues and enhance professional knowledge. Through regular communication with a partner in Malaysia, they exchanged insights on reference services, cataloging, and collection development. The program provided a new perspective on librarianship and resulted in a joint poster highlighting their key outcomes.
