Abstract
Son yıllarda Türkiye’de yaygın olarak kullanılan “anayasal suç”sözü, mevcut hukuka aykırı olduğu gibi var olsaydı da sorunlara yolaçacak tamamen yanlış bir ifadedir.
The expression “constitutional crime” commonly used in recently years in Turkey is totally contrary to the current Turkish Law. Moreover, if it legally existed, it would cause a lot of legal problems.
